Japan Nuclear Cycle Development Institute (JNC) (past Japan Atomic Energy Agency concealed the video record or a part of the video record of the Dec 8 1995 fatal failure of Japan's experimental FBR Monju nuclear power plant.
I knew the fact from Nihonkeizai Shimbun, May 14, 2007 evening.

- I have known Japan's experimental FBR Monju nuclear power plant got a fatal failure for a Toshiba Corp's part on Dec 8, 1995. -

I care now again. When the Tokyo Electric Power Co (TEPCO)'s 2002 series of concealing nuclear power plant trouble started from Fukushima phase I unit 3's many breaks on Aug 23, 2002, TEPCO has opened the Hitachi Ltd's malfeasance video tape not the Toshiba Corp's malfeasance video tape. Toshiba persons abolished, not concealed, the record video tape of Fukushima phase I unit 3 ?

Nihonkeizai Shimbun, May 14 2007 evening - On May 14, 2007 the Tokyo District Court, Japan rejected the Nishimura family's (civil) claim against Japan Atomic Energy Agency (formerly, Japan Nuclear Cycle Development Institute (JNC)).
His wife Toshiko 61, and 2 sons say Naruo Nishimura, 49, committed suicide on Jan 13, 1996 because he made a lie official report comment for (the order of ?) his company, Japan Nuclear Cycle Development Institute, on Jan 12, 1996.
Mr Naruo Nishimura, 49, JNC General Affairs Division vice-chief was ordered to investigate the his company's concealing by his company and he made a lie official report comment on Jan 12, 1996 and he committed suicide on Jan 13, 1996.

Very naturally, I strongly and seriously believe JNC's concealing came from the Toshiba Corp's order and Toshiba Corp killed Mr Naruo Nishimura as a mind-control terrorism to shut Nishimura's mouth. (And I really want to inform this my serious thought to Nishimura's family.)

I found and read Science team of Yomiuri Shimbun's book 'ドキュメント「もんじゅ」事故' (in English, 'The Document of Monju accident'), Dec 8, 1996, around May 23, 2007.

The JNC's concealing wasn't new fact in 2007. It has been known.

The book was rare good one. It touched Toshiba Corp 'the failure part supplier'. Many other Monju failure books didn't touch Toshiba Corp. (Although the book only slightly touched Naruo Nishimura.)

I knew a funny thing.
Toshiba Corp wasn't on main stream of FRB Monju.
On Monju design competition, Jan 1969, Toshiba Corp and Hitachi Ltd was the loser at 'Tank type reactor' and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd, Fuji Electric Co and Sumitomo Heavy Industries Ltd was the winner at 'Loop type reactor'.

1969's Japan was under the Mitsubishi Group administration ? 1969's Japanese PM was Eisaku Sato. (Although I've cared Eisaku Sato 'the Nobusuke Kishi's younger brother' could be Toshiba President (to 1996) Fumio Sato's family member, since I later knew PM Sosuke Uno's daughter's husband, (current Diet member) Osamu Uno, was a Toshiba person.)
Actually Japan repeats the (Toshiba Corp led) Mitsui Group administration and the Mitsubishi Group administration alternately prime minister by prime minister from before ? Like Junichiro Koizumi was the PM under the Toshiba Corp (Mitsui Group) administration and Shinzo Abe was the PM under the Mitsubishi Group administration. (I may be wrong because Keijiro Kishi (1911 - 1927) and Iwao Kishi (around 1947 - 1949) of old Toshiba executive board may be PM Nobusuke Kishi's (or Shinzo Abe's) family members, but I can see PM Shinzo Abe battled against Toshiba Corp in 2 some cases and is suffering from Toshiba Corp's coup events.)
However, anyway, after 1999 Toshiba Corp (secretly) dominates Japan.
