Before The Chaser team inexplicably attracted audiences with their TV series ‘The War On Everything’, they failed to attract them over many years of producing print-based satire. This eighth Annual compilation continues that proud tradition.

Featuring dozens of pages of new material which, incredibly, wasn't previously available for free on this website!

Note that The Chaser Annual 2007 is released the first week in November, and all orders will be shipped after that date.

There were extracts of the annual in the Age on Saturday.
I won't scan it because it's coming out soon
but I’ll scan it another day if anyone wants to read it.

i just got my copy of the annual. its pretty funny. I love the page on emos.

I just pre-ordered my copy of the 2007 Annual the other day.

It said it would be signed by some of the team if ordered from this website...

Ah well, I don't really care that much if it isn't, I just need something to read!!

I don't know if I want to order it from the site. I don't want it signed, that's why. Are they selling them at the book launches?

I got mine from good old Dymocks.

I got mine from Target because I couldn't be bothered to go to the ABC shop.
And it was $17.95.
They only had 2 copies right at the back and one was all bent.
I got the not bent one, obviously.

How much is it at the ABC shop? I'll buy it tomorrow, it will probably be all of tonight's work but it's worth it.

i was thinking of buying it after the show at the athenaeum. yeah, it'll probably be $40 or something ridiculous, but i'm really lazy :P

I'm trying not to buy anything till Christmas and saving all my money for presents, so I will probably buy it then. $13.33? Geez! is it good? I would feel guilty buying it for that price!!

There is a suprising ammount of new content, more than in previous annual's, My favourite is Kevin Rudd's guide to the modern union gentleman, hehe :lol:

I believe there's 8 in all (including this years) so yeah, 2001.

I also just got my 2007 Annual, signed by Chris, Craig, Jules, Chas and none other than the amazing Dom! (along with a free signed poster for the book being delayed)

And yes, I know what you're going to say but I already posted this in the "What have you had signed by the Chasers" thread and felt a need to mention here.

I ended up paying full price at an ABC Shop due to target not having any in stock.  It was definitely worth it.  If anyone is undecided on whether to get it or not I strongly recommend getting it.  It is hilarious with a lot of good, new content.

Have they started shipping the Annual 07 purchased from here on the website yet?

I'm still waiting on mine and i'm starting to miss my 28 bucks! Especially, since I now learn Target has it for $17!

It was $13.99 at Borders when I saw it yesterday.

Still haven't gotten around to getting it yet, however I have seen it but I already had my dad spend about 200 bucks on something I'll use once, I felt too selfish to ask for the annual too.

I'll probably get it on Sunday though.

Okay, I went to Borders today, and was so close to flipping some tables and sweeping books off of shelves because they had the 04' 05' & 06' Annuals, but not 07' ! I was so keen for my $13.99 bargain, and there was none there! Grrr.

Was it one of those ludicrously big, multi-levelled Borders in the city?  I must go to one, even my nearest ABC shop sells nothing later than 2007.

Nope, it's just one at the shopping centre where I work. It's big but not multi levelled. It has a Gloria Jeans coffee in there though :-D

in other news, i bought my chaser annual today for 20 bucks at Angus and Robertson on Pitt St.
and then i got it signed by Chas and Chris and Craig which was nice  :lol:

i can't believe what champs they are, they'd been there for ages and were still super nice to everyone and funny and didn't look tired at all.

Nah, it's at Tuggerah.
Now people will stalk me. :-P
