The manifesto drew up a plan to manipulate the media for political purposes and to adopt strategic positions in the Church Media Police Government. It sounds like a conspiracy theory but its all true.

Currently Sister Imelda DeMarcos it hiding within the body of George W Ashington and encased in a marble tomb beneath capitol hill. This lower 4th dimensional reptillian overlord is now in posesstion of John Howards body and is negotiating a deal to have a pretzel factory on the built moon.

I flew over the australian government head quarters in Canberra today and as I was looking out of the window I happened to be holding an American One Dollar Bill to the window.
