[Edition 42] SYDNEY, Tuesday: Speculation that the killers of British toddler James Bulger will move to Australia has fuelled hopes of a brutal murder of child performer Nikki Webster.

Australian authorities will welcome the vilified pair on the condition they reside in a district where they're likely to meet the precocious child star.

Local reaction to the young men?s release is believed to have softened considerably since the cultural benefits were properly explained.

?Most Australians now realise this is our best chance of disposing of Nikki Webster,? said a Justice department spokesman. ?These offenders will greatly improve Australian life. If only they were never jailed at all, we might also have been spared that little fat kid from Hey Dad.?

Psychologists have been quick to allay community fears that the youths will be too rehabilitated to contemplate another juvenile murder.

?We're very confident they'll lapse when they meet Webster,? said one expert. ?To assist them we've compiled a tape of Webster's most noxious press interviews and performances. Once they've seen these, it'll be like they?re ten years old all over again.?
